The TTN Prime Battery Container is a highly integrated, utility-scale liquid-cooled battery energy storage system powered by lithium iron phosphate (LFP) battery cells. Designed for large-scale energy storage projects, solar-plus-storage applications, and grid-side ancillary services, this 20ft standard containerized solution delivers high reliability, long cycle life, and superior safety performance for commercial and industrial energy storage demands.
Featuring advanced liquid cooling technology, the system maintains stable thermal management even in extreme ambient temperatures ranging from -30°C to 50°C, ensuring consistent charging and discharging efficiency. With a nominal AC power of 3.44MW and a DC capacity of 6.88MWh, it supports 0.5C charge-discharge rate and offers up to 8000 cycle life, greatly extending operational life and reducing total cost of ownership.
Built with multi-level safety protection mechanisms, the product integrates smoke detection, thermal monitoring, flammable gas detection, and optional fire suppression systems including NOVEC 1230 and FM200. The battery compartment and electrical compartment are protected with IP54/IP55 ingress protection, with optional anti-corrosion treatment to adapt to harsh outdoor environments.
Equipped with a professional battery management system (BMS) and rich communication interfaces including CAN, Ethernet, and RS485, the system supports mainstream communication protocols such as Modbus TCP/RTU, IEC61850, and GOOSE for seamless integration with energy management systems and power grids. The containerized modular design enables convenient transportation, rapid on-site deployment, and simplified installation and maintenance.
Compliant with international and national safety standards including IEC 62619, UL 1973, UL 9540A, and GB/T certifications, the TTN Prime Battery Container provides a secure, efficient, and scalable energy storage solution for utility-scale projects, renewable energy consumption, peak shaving, frequency regulation, and backup power applications.
